New Workshop in Granbury Texas

I am excited to announce the Abstract Expressionist Mind takes to the road again . This time in Granbury, Texas. which is about a hour Southwest of Dallas on October 5th - 7th of this year. My traveling workshop series "Freedom of Abstraction" will loosen up the established artist as well as develop some techniques and lay out basic principles I employ in my painting process. Here is a brief description of this three day class.

"Experience the freedom of expression using the four basic elements of abstraction: Line, Shape, Color and Texture. Joe will give you tips and techniques for expression yourself in a non-representational style of painting that will surely rid your inhibitions about putting paint to canvas. Joe's approach will get the new artist freed up to start expressing themselves right away and will help to loosen up the established artist to take the next step towards artistic development. Tap into your inner source of creativity, allowing the intuitive you need to flourish in this three-day painting free for all! Start day one on watercolor paper and gradually work up full blown canvas by the final day. a memorable painting experience."

I am hoping to see all my friends and emerging artist while the Abstract Expressionist Mind" workshop series heads to Texas in October 2012. contact Dr. Diana Littlejohn at 817-326-5629. or email: littlejohndj@charter.net to sign up.
